RESORT AMENITIES The Pelham House Resort offers the following amenities (click links below to view photos): Private Beach The Pelham House Resort boasts over 400 feet of private beach (view photos) . Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. Salt Water Pool The pool (view photos) is the distinguishing feature of the center courtyard. Elevated for incredible views, the pool is only a few steps from the beach. You can’t build them this close any more! The pool is 80,000 gallons and is trapezoidal shaped. Tennis Court The Resort’s tennis court (view photos) was completely refinished in the Spring of 2006. Unit owners and resort guests have exclusive use of this facility. Fitness Room A modern fitness room includes a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, free weights and stretching area. Unit Owner Storage All unit owners will be provided with two lockable storage areas on the property. A large built-in wardrobe and kitchenette base cabinet will be provided in the units for personal items. Some exceptions apply. Pelham Links (Putting Green) As a complement to the 15 public golf courses within 15 miles of the property, Pelham Links (view photos) will test even the most confident putter’s skills. It's a great way to warm up before a round of golf or to settle unfinished business after the day’s final scores have been counted. Putters and balls are available at the Resort desk. Lounge The Pelham House Resort’s lobby (view photos) has been completely updated with comfortable couches, chairs and tables. It’s a perfect place to relax with friends and a cocktail after a long, hard day at the pool. Food Service A complimentary continental breakfast is served every day at the Pelham House. Beverage Service Beer, wine and frozen cocktails are available for purchase by unit owners and guests. Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities Two coin operated washers and dryers are provided for the owners and guests of the Pelham House Resort.
